UX and visual design for Natwest’s new loyalty-based website. Cashback Plus is a new service offering customers a chance to earn rewards with everyday shopping. Working closely with the UX team, I helped design a user interface and visual identity, keeping the overall look and feel consistent with the brand, but introducing an element of fun thus reflecting the nature of the service.
